The Official Board shall consist of thirteen (13) persons, including the Chairperson, the Church Treasurer, the Church Clerk, the Youth Program Director and nine (9) Deacons. All Board members must be active members of the Church.

Education and Youth Committee – This committee shall be comprised of four (4) Board members, including the Clerk, the Youth Program Director and two (2) Deacons of Education and Youth. This committee will have general oversight of everything in the life of the Church pertaining to Christian Education and groups/activities, etc., involving the youth of the church. It shall enlist the help of persons to teach Sunday School, to help with Vacation Bible School, and to help with youth group activities for the children. |
| Worship and Ministry Committee – This committee shall be comprised of five (5) Board members, all of whom are Deacons. It shall manage all areas of the church involving worship services, membership, and out-reach ministries of the church. This committee shall oversee the Music ministry of the church, enlisting musicians and choir directors for service to the Church. They shall coordinate ushers, special offerings, mission concerns, dinners and other social functions. They shall direct out-reach ministries to shut-in, the sick, and to any in the community who have need. They shall be responsible for the planning, preparation, and serving of Holy Communion. They shall be involved with the Pastor in evangelism and out-reach to the area. This committee shall oversee all Mission projects, as well as helping with local missions. They shall oversee the Church’s membership, keeping accurate records of the roll. They shall be involved in teaching out to inactive members of the church. This committee will coordinate an annual calendar for the church year. |

Finance and Property Committee – This committee shall be comprised of four (4) persons including the Board Chairperson, the Church Treasurer, and two (2) Deacons. It will have oversight of all financial matters of the church including the management of all church employees, buildings and property. It will maintain the buildings and grounds, seeing to their upkeep, including cleaning and repairs. This committee will manage and implement all fund-raising activities on behalf of the Church. The committee will work together to prepare and then propose an annual budget for the Church’s operation. And they will work with and assist the Pastor with stewardship. |
